Hi, my name is Rich Karst

I grew up on a small farm in Minnesota. I always had a passion for cars and/or motorized vehicles. We didn’t have a lot of money “so when things broke down on the farm” we fixed them ourselves. That’s where I learned how to figure out how things worked and how to fix them. By watching my dad fix things and getting involved when I was younger inspired me. So, I was always taking things apart and putting them back together and/or customizing things to make something new or different. From putting straight pipes on my 3-Wheeler to hydraulics in my car. Rebuilding an engine to push more power or swapping it out for something better. From sound systems to simple bolt-on accessories, rarely did I leave anything factory.

When cars got too expensive to work on because life (bills) got in the way. I got into the RC hobby cars and started modifying then and built one of my own and working on building another one. But they can be expensive as well. Both the cars and RC cars were great projects to work on with the kids, we had a lot of great times. Unfortunately, these projects got put aside for another day, because there wasn’t enough money or time to support them.
